Barbecue Seasoning

Ginger Soft Drink

Bermuda-based Gosling's Rum (646/356-0200 or www.goslingsrum.com) partnered with Polar Beverages of Massachusetts to create Gosling's Stormy Ginger Beer, a zesty soft drink that combines sweet and spicy flavors. The drink can also be combined with Gosling's Black Seal Rum to create a Dark ‘n Stormy, a popular Bermudan cocktail.

New Wine Accessory

The new Vinturi White Wine Aerator from Exica Inc. (877/846-8874 or www.vinturi.com) accelerates the wine breathing process by decreasing pressure and incorporating air into the wine. The result is a better bouquet, enhanced flavor and smoother finish for each glass. An aerator for red wine is also available.

Organic Salsas & Sauces

Organicville Foods Inc. (510/655-1755 or www.organicvillefoods.com) has introduced new salsas and teriyaki sauces to its line of USDA-certified organic, vegan, gluten- and dairy-free products. Now available are a mild, medium and pineapple salsa, all made with tomatoes, cilantro, onions, jalapeños and green peppers. The new sauces are Sesame Teriyaki and Island Teriyaki, which can be used as marinades or as stir-fry sauces. The condiments are flavored with agave rather than sugar.
