Anodyne returns coffee-tea hybrid, Cáscara, to retail

Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is returning Cáscara to retail shelves beginning June 30. The unique “tea” is made from the fruit of the coffee cherry, sparking curiosity for its delicate flavor profile and versatility in the coffee world. From the spanish word meaning “husk,” it falls somewhere between coffee and tea, as it comes directly from the coffee plant but has an appearance and flavor reminiscent of herbal tea. Cáscara will be available for a limited time at retail locations.
