India is presenting its culinary diversity and efficiency in the food industry as the partner country of Anuga 2017. From Oct. 7-11, 2017, Indian suppliers will present the wide variety of Indian food and beverages among its globally widespread cuisine. The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFTI) – the Government of India – will, among others, participate with a delegation at the Opening Ceremony of Anuga. Koelnmesse has been successfully organizing trade fairs focusing on food in India for many years, including Annapoorna-World of Food India and ANUTEC India, staged in Mumbai and Delhi. “We are very much looking forward to the collaboration with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries in the scope of Anuga. The trade fair offers the Indian food and beverage sector an excellent projection and development area,” notes Katharina C. Hamma, CEO, Koelnmesse GmbH.
