Mikey’s Introduces Tortillas to the Next Generation of Gluten Free Foods

Mikey’s, provider of high-quality frozen products made with real ingredients, launched its brand-new tortillas to retailers nationwide. The introduction of Mikey’s tortillas mark the first vegan addition to their lineup of popular frozen baked goods, including muffin tops, bread, pizza crust and English muffins.

Mikey’s Tortilla will feature seven simple ingredients, including: water, cassava flour, coconut flour, high oleic sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and xantham gum. Mikey’s Tortillas are available in stores and online for purchase at $5.99 per 8 pack. The Tortillas provide a multi-attribute solution not yet available on the market, perfect for the preparation of tacos, sandwich wraps and more. Aside from being vegan, the Tortilla will still align with the rest of Mikey’s qualities, which include gluten-free, grain-free, non-GMO, paleo certified and soy and dairy free.
